Dispatch times

I want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. With the exception of commissions, I aim to dispatch your order within 3 days, but it’s usually quicker.

In the rare circumstance that I cannot dispatch your order with 3 days I will email you to let you know.
If I am on holiday I will put a notice on advising you of changes to dispatch time.

Delivery method

I use Royal Mail or Parcelforce to send out your orders.

All commissions are posted free to the UK. If you are not in the UK I will advise you of postage costs during the commission process.
Items in my online store have postage costs displayed.

Please note that if your delivery address is overseas, customs charges may be incurred and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery problems

Most parcels arrive quickly with no problems, but I want to make it as easy for you as possible if something goes wrong.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive

If you think your parcel has been lost in the post, get in touch and let me know. Parcels may be delayed at busy times of the year, but most arrive within two weeks. If yours doesn’t, I will investigate with the postal service.

Please allow a little longer if your parcel has been posted overseas.

If your parcel arrives damaged

In the rare circumstance that your parcel arrives damaged, please send clear photographs of the product and packaging to [email protected] within 2 days of receiving it. I will investigate with the postal service as soon as possible and keep you informed about what’s going on.
